Terms of Service

Early Access Service

FeedIndex is an early-access product under active development. The service may change, break, experience downtime, lose data, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice. By accessing or using FeedIndex, you acknowledge these risks and accept that you use the service entirely at your own risk.

The service is currently provided free of charge. No refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind are available for any loss, downtime, or inconvenience arising from your use of the service.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using FeedIndex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

FeedIndex provides feedback boards with voting for solo founders and small teams. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.

No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, data accuracy, data retention, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you care about. While we take reasonable precautions to operate the service, we do not guarantee data retention and may lose, delete, or be unable to recover data at any time, particularly during early access. If data loss would cause you meaningful harm, do not rely on FeedIndex as your only copy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeedIndex and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including without limitation loss of data, loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50). During early access, no fees are charged, so this cap is effectively zero.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Board owners are responsible for the content submitted to their boards. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not use FeedIndex to distribute spam, malware, harassing content, or anything illegal. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access other users' data. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to FeedIndex. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, and process that content as necessary to operate the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedIndex and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

Cancellation and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our database immediately and from backups once they expire through normal retention cycles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Denmark.
